Payment Method
Q: What payment methods are available?
A. You can use credit cards, amazon pay, apple pay, google pay, PayPal, cash on delivery, and PAYD after payment. Please note that there is a set fee for cash on delivery and PAYD after payment.
Delivery Information
Q: Is there a shipping charge?
A. If the total price of the products is 11,000 yen or more (tax included), we will deliver it free of charge. If the total price of the products is less than 11,000 yen (tax included), we will charge 600 yen (tax included). The shipping fee is a flat rate nationwide, including Hokkaido, Okinawa, and other remote islands.
Q: Which delivery company is it?
A.We will deliver it via Sagawa Express.
Q: How will it be delivered?
A. We will deliver your item in a plain cardboard box . In order to prevent damage during shipping, we may protect the item with cushioning material (paper or plastic). For small items, we may deliver them in a Sagawa Express packing bag instead of a cardboard box.
Q: How many days will it take for delivery?
A. Normally, orders placed by 11am on weekdays will be shipped on the same day. During peak times, orders will be shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Q. Can I specify a date and time?
A. Except for pre-ordered items and back-ordered items, you can specify a delivery date and time when placing your order. Please enter your desired delivery date and time in the "Order Comments" field. Delivery times can be selected within Sagawa Express's time slots (morning (8:00-12:00), 12:00-14:00, 14:00-16:00, 16:00-18:00, 18:00-20:00, 18:00-21:00, 19:00-21:00). Please note that due to Sagawa Express regulations, there are some areas where delivery times cannot be specified. Please note that we may cancel time specifications even if you specify one.

Q. I want to know the delivery status of my product.
A. You can check the details yourself on the delivery company's website using the inquiry number listed in the "Shipping Completion Email" that we send to you after shipment has been completed.

Q. I want to change the delivery time after placing an order.
A. Due to system reasons, once your order is confirmed, we will begin the shipping procedure, so we cannot change the details of the delivery after the order is completed. If you would like to change the delivery date and time or the delivery address, please contact the delivery company yourself using the inquiry number listed in the "Shipping Completion Email" sent to you after the shipment is completed.
Q. What if the product receipt period has passed?
A. In principle, products can be received within 7 days from the date of shipment. If you are not at home, Sagawa Express Co., Ltd. will notify you by sending an absence notice. Please arrange your desired delivery date and time within the receiving hours and receive the product.
Your item will be automatically returned to us if:
If you are unable to contact the contact details provided on the delivery notice, or if your address is unknown, the returned item will be treated as a refusal to receive the item and will be cancelled.
*Even if you have ordered and paid for an item with a credit card, the item will be automatically returned to us.
About gift wrapping
Q: Can I get gift wrapping done?
A. It costs 220 yen (tax included) per package. Add the item you wish to have gift wrapped to your cart, proceed to the cart confirmation page, and check "Add gift wrapping." Your item will be wrapped in a cotton drawstring pouch and delivered with a brand ribbon. You can check the wrapping image here .
